Shipping Policy

Production time

Every order is prepared to order, so please allow production time before your order ships or is ready for pickup:

• DTF transfers and gang sheets: ready in 1 business day.

• Apparel, hats and other made-to-order items: ready in 5–7 business days.

• Team, group and fundraiser orders: timing is confirmed when your order is finalized.

Production times are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and may be longer during busy seasons. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Shipping within the United States

We offer economy shipping within the United States. Your shipping rate, including any free shipping offers, is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery time depends on the carrier and is in addition to production time. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available at our shop in Henryetta, Oklahoma (205 N 6th St, Henryetta, OK 74437). Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.

International shipping

We ship to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and much of Europe and Asia. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us right away and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
